I think the price is ambitious, but with current upward trend in Japanese sports car values it can't hurt to ask. Edited March 6, 2017 by PB260Z Quote

Administrators gav240z Posted March 6, 2017 Author Administrators Posted March 6, 2017 Meh That ta22 is way overpriced and been for sale for awhile now. His dreaming lol I don't think so, try finding 1 to restore and restore it and see how much it costs to do so? Original owner car, unrestored example in great shape. If someone is feeling nostalgic enough they would buy it at that price in my opinion. These will get there in terms of values, they have been a little slow in the uptake but it won't be long before it's normal to see them at these prices. Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted March 6, 2017 Author Administrators Posted March 6, 2017 Rather than address individual posts here that have been reported. I've edited out any slurs or foul language. Since I'd rather not dredge up a few days of back and forth arguments. Instead I'll just state that this thread is solely intended for the discussion of advertised cars on the market. As 1 of the most viewed and used threads on this site, it also carries with it a large subscriber list that receive every update / reply. Therefore I'm sure the majority of members would appreciate any tit-for-tat commentary be moved to another thread where you can knock yourselves out or kept to PM system where you're free to abuse each other as much as you like (just don't complain to me about it), until you've worked it all out of your system . 260z blues Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 Restoring any car from the 70s costs alot of money lol. Ive restored and owned numerous celicas over the years. Unfortunately the market has yet to seem to raise the value of these thats high as yet. But give it time im sure they will. I would like to see better pictures of behind the rear window as the current pictures show a lack of factory metal join marks that would point to the car being reaprayed at some stage. gav240z 1 Quote
