PS. The house next door sold for $1.6m at auction yesterday and apparently the new owner turned up to show it off to her friends - she was not impressed with the riff-raff next door and wanted to know if this was a regular event.

Many thanks to the host. It was a wonderful morning and it was great to see all the cars out but best of all was catching up with old friends and meeting some new ones.

Yes it was great to come down and finally put faces to names, meet new awesome people and catch up with a few old faces too!

 

I agree on having a nice cruise and BBQ somewhere next time. Great Photo's too!

Great to meet up with all of the new faces and and a few "old" ones.

Really great event Pete, and crew. Sorry for having to rush at 3/4 time as the Bride has little patience for my frivolities, at home with the three terrorists!

 

The Hornet seems to be loosening up too, now its got 430miles on it from the rebuild. I did discover the reason for that horrid axle noise when I got home. Seems I have a dry out uni on the right side that appears to have missed out on a shot of grease when it was being re-installed. Supect I might need a new one!!!

 

Thanks again Pete, can't wait to see that GTO getting finished.

Nice turnout, recognised some of the guys in the pics. Hey Vince , did you do an upgrade from the RB to the neo ? Or is that someone elses car ....

When I first got onto the original viczcar forums 10+ years ago I hosted a drive day and bbq at my place, I had around 5-6 x240z on my front lawn, neighbours thought it was great ! I took some pics but alas the forum pics now dont go back that far now.
