  10. Except in Group S you can't change the stock injection system. Jason's old car is a 280Z.
  11. as much camber as I can which is just over 2deg at the front and less than 2deg at the rear. little toe-in the rear and 0 toe at front.
  12. You don't need any other adjustable parts. For reference all Group S car in historic run non-adjustable and stock suspension bits except for spring and shocks.
  13. Doug, Yes Please.
  14. This is true if you are going to track the car regularly but if you are only going on the track once in a blue moon, I would recommend the road Yoko AD08R. I use Yoko A050 track tyres on my race car and I have AD08 on my road mx-5 and I have taken it onto Philip Island and Sandown and the AD08 does not have the same grip as the track dedicated A050 however I was pleasantly surprised at the level of grip it provides and more importantly how progressive/predictable it is. As with any tyres on the track the key is getting the right pressure recommended for the tyres to make them work.
  15. http://www.yokohama.com.au/Tyres/ADVAN-Neova-AD08.aspx got both 225/45/16 and 225/50/16 road tyres but pretty good grip on the track, a lot of mx-5 runs these in mx-5 vic club sprints.
  16. I think you'd better make the trophy ready for Dave @ the xmas event.
  17. https://www.cams.com.au/motor-sport/sport/historics/historic-groups Sc Group Sc is for non-turbo charged production sports cars generally manufactured and available in Australia between 1st January 1970 and 31st December 1977 with the inclusion of model run-ons. You can get the 260Z specification pdf from here https://www.cams.com.au/motor-sport/sport/historics/logbooks-and-cods/certificate-of-description-log-books/group-s-specifications
  18. Gav, You are just getting old For me I like everything (almost): original resto, period correct resto, restomod, crazy race car builds. This too me is better than putting a push-rod V8 into the Z, at least it will have a Datsun/Nissan heart.
  19. It's eligible, no one is running one as far as I know. The bus is heavier than the 2 seater, may be a reason why
  20. That's the only thing in stock. Do you have some?
