    Just had a peek for you, it is a 15/16 MC still with the 240Z booster. If the booster was working fine, it should be ok. I'm running the same thing in my zed. You do have a serious fluid leak from the rear left Fu, I'll look at that when I'm up to that. First thing is all the electrics!

    You forget after a while how much you over paid for it when you have it the way you want it to look and perform. Been down that road before. Looks good now which is a bonus so your performance mods will suit it's looks!

    Where does your dad find the time? Dying too see it in the raw! Should sound awsome! With that mechanical injection, I assume it has 8 huge trumpets sticking out top of the motor? Need more pics! hehehe

    Bolts for the zed are all metric, for the rear bumper, I think they are M10 x 30mm 1.25 thread pitch. Alot of the large bolts on the zed are a metric fine. Not many are the standard metric course.

    Reason the tacho is needed is because it supplies the coil power. Just run a wire from the + of the battery to the + of the coil and it should run.

    If it is greater than 108 rwKw (stock L28 with same setup but Wolf V4 comp) I will be impressed. The other L24 should be around the 140 kw mark if all goes well when it's built.

    Thanks Mike.. Real test will be when it's on the dyno on the 6th November. I'm curious to see what a bog stock L24 with EFI will do..

    The cams with the "A" stamped I'm sure are the early 240Z camshafts that are pre-pollution so a bit "lumpier" than a 260 cam that was profiled for emissions.

    Oh, something not related to anything here but a few heard me whingeing about it, reason for the over heating was a jammed thermostat. Thought genuine Nissan one's where a bit tougher...oh well...made it home with the temp needle almost at the opposite end!

    I think that's why my lap times suck at PI; I don't take that first turn at those speeds! hahaha I think I can make up those 8 seconds there alone. Alot of the zeds that sprint there usually have 3.9/4.1's. 3.53 might be a bit high specially at Honda corner and exiting Lukey Heights...But with your monster torque there Shane, it should be fine!

    With the fuel flap, you mean the whole door with lock hinge etc? If so I have one and a stereo surround but not in the best condition. I'll see if I can post pics of it tomorrow.

    Which "C" pillar badge are you after? I have a pair of the early "240Z" ones for early 70 models new in the box.

    Hmmm... he does often leave a trail of destruction much like a tornado.. more psychological damage than physical.
