    Someone has already played around with the exterior and done that. The only visable area on the outside of the body with the rust is in front of the rear wheel arches.

    Well i'll be with the boys next weekend so i'm hoping Lurch and i can knock it out. Zedman240 asked about the handbrake too and we found a real simple solution.

    I looked at the photo where it was hitting the top tank on the weekend and thought "why does the fan need to extended past the tank and cool that too"

    All i did was shorten the original R31 Bracket and bolt 50%, the bracket also needs to have the hole widened and shaved. The Zed Cables then fit straight in like it was made for it.

    I've really been slack on updates, little improvments towards completing the project (Ha Complete) happen every other week but i recently (with Lurch's help, thanks muchly) upgraded the rear brakes to R31 Skyline with a 1 Inch Patrol Master Cylinder. Took a bit of fiddling but it's all done now. I really need to get back to the body.

    Hey don't forget the pedal has adjustment inside the pedal box too. I just did the R31, 1" Patrol Master and Stainless braided line upgrade to go with the front Hilux calipers on my Zed and the pedal wasn't right until i adjusted it inside.
