    Thread stealing sort of, the above motor has gone to Gareth's Brother and mick is taking another running L20B out of parts car 200B. I have another L20B in a 1982 Datsun Bluebird and will sell the whole car with alloys for $150.

    Hey Simon, i have a celica half cut trailer that has to be delivered to Canberra and the guy has offered me $200 in petrol to do it. Maybe we could figuire something out if you're heading that way.!.

    Yea they are great and in a lot of cases i will say superior as the old 280ZX base plates for the vacuum advance are very fragile. I fitted a set to a Jag and it improved it heaps. Pertronix is a common kit just don't go down to Bursons and ask for it, they'll have no idea what you're on about.

    I have a nice o/s piston L20B sitting on my garage floor right now that i'll set aside for you. If you need any 200B parts to back that up let me know as i'll be taking one to scrap very soon, there is another engine and gearbox there too.

    Here we call them the "Bus" being as long as they are. Don't stress but because i have on as well as my 2 seater and i think they have great styling!

    Any build that takes a period of time evolves as the builder puts more thought into individual areas but the basic principals of this project are still very strong. I have tweaked a few areas and outlayed for parts i wasn't expecting to but i'm still on track to finish her for $5000. I think the bonnet came up great which is one of the ideas i came up with along the way!

    I sure hope so!!! Funny thing i've noticed about this build is the support and encouragement, having not posted anything up until lately, makes a semi complex build like this one a less labourious task. It only takes a few positive comment to enspire me to get this beast finished. So thanks Guys and Gal, here's a sneak peak of the front engine mounting cradle which was a front engine plate.

    Last week the mock up V8 was refitted for an adjustment to the mounting position. Should be right to fit it anytime after tomorrow. I have about 450 photos of the repairs, here's a few more of the repaired sections.
