    Pretty much what Jason has said. (Toolmaker/CNC programmer here) Treflex is a carcinogenic when it smokes. Also try Rolco cutting oil. For cleaning up, use a cheap set as it will just damage the tap anyway and shorten the life. They are a consumable! Buy good quality tap wrenches too.

    I'll be a Lemming and follow the crowd here. *Cut, polish and wax paintwork *Replace shocks, springs, suspension bushes & mounts, steering components & ball joints *Headers and exhaust *Full service and tune Replace *Brake rotors *Brake lines. replace old worn factory with braided lines. *Brake pads, I use Lucas TRW's and pretty happy with bang for buck These won't break the bank, but will rapidly improve the handling of your car.     My current exhaust is a POS. If I was looking to upgrade, when I upgrade, I've heard great things about Performance exhaust in Vermont. (previously in Ringwood) http://www.performanceexhaust.com.au/ Also, Unique exhasut in Bayswater has a good reputation too.

    I've got a Z31 R200 diff in my ZX, using the CV's. I made up an adaptor, see pic, to bolt between hub and half shaft. I also had to modify the flange on the nose of the diff to fit to tail shaft. (Simple bore for location and drilling of bolt holes)

    Gave the Z it's first wash in about 18 months......... Might even polish it sometime soon. Not yet. But maybe.
