  1. WTF? You want to use 40yo tyres on a Z?! Are you crazy?!
  2. If your only goal is to lower your Z, then just get some lower Kings springs: $300 for all 4. They will lower your Z by 30mm - any more than this & you'll run into geometry issues.
  3. Well durr...
  4. Peter, do you have the plastic tray with drain tube under the battery? If you don't, you MUST fit one.
  5. As in the tray the battery sits in, or the bracket/mount that is spot welded to the inner guard that the battery sits on?
  6. Brian also owns a white Z432R...
  7. Don't forget you've got to fit your seat mounts to the floorpan...
  8. Check out the Ozdat forum & Datsun Classifieds on FB for 1600's in your budget.

  14. Welcome Gyzmo. Are you any relation to 'Orgyzmo'?

  16. If you & Sharron aren't offended Gordo, Vic Datsun Day is close enough - maybe we have the Christmas BBQ there & kill 2 birds with one stone?
  17. Could have washed it Dave!
  18. Time for a long overdue update! Vic's 260Z is now basically finished, with some very minor works to be done. It's been a great project & I'm over the moon at the result - I think it looks amazing in gold with the white interior Biggest headache with the build was fitting it with air-conditioning, as it wasn't fitted with AC from the factory. Thanks to Pauly_Adams for the AC parts - however it still required a new pump, evaporator core & TX valve and receiver drier. And thanks must also go to Peter (PB260Z) for helping out with the AC install & procuring a replacement Fuel/Volts gauge. And Vic's pretty happy with the outcome as well!
  19. I did 'LOL' at that - well played sir!
  20. I can supply you a new Nissan pin & circlip Doug. Les might have a spare shifter... I'll get back to you.
