  1. If you need to buy EVERYTHING, you'll spend at least $6k. Then you'll have to get it tuned. Feel free to give me a call one evening Shaun and I can discuss it with you - I've done it before on my own Z:
  2. 2+2 ones are different Pete - thanks for looking through. I'm still after a pair if anyone has a 240Z pair they'd like to sell.
  3. Firstly, you didn't mention that. Secondly, as it's a race car - you've added weight! Big NO NO.
  4. No, because we're not tight arses and we want our Zeds to look good. Spend the $ on the correct boot and clips.
  5. That's a horrid looking shed. It'd be dusty as, and the corrugated iron is rusty and needs replacing.
  6. It eats the rust: https://www.viczcar.com/forum/topic/17277-derusting-with-molasses/
  7. Pressure wash it out to remove the loose crud, then fill is full of Molasses and let it soak for a couple of weeks.
  8. It's a standard early 240Z finger-trap.
  9. We got the tank out this afternoon - now we know why it was blocking the fuel filter... Good second hand tank is on it's way to me next week.
  10. Just tight, Tai. A dap of lock-tight is a good idea too. Don't forget to fill the tube with light oil or straight engine coolant.
  11. It had a weird clunk from that side. Gland nut was loose.
  12. I removed it prior to blasting.
  13. That doesn't look like a 260Z heater cock...
  14. I'm wanting to buy a pair of washer jets for Robbie's 240Z: Must be in good serviceable condition and able to be posted to 3822. Either PM me here or call: Zero Four Zero Zero Zero Five Four Five Seven Two Cheers, L
  15. Only the bottle and pump was there! And yes, quite probably...
  16. So Robbie has dropped this off to my shop to have a bit of work done in preparation for the Victorian RWC test. One of the main things to deal with is installing windscreen washer hose and jets!
  17. And how much is your new Z worth?
  18. Robbie: https://www.carcoon.com.au
  19. Or you could buy the exact same thing from Steve @ EFi Hardware for the same price. That's what I did:
  20. What I more amazed with Andrew, is how you're getting nearly 4ltrs capacity from an L6 with a Diesel crank!
  21. DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!
