Awesome mate, made it a sticky also. You're right on Z-cars they sheer off cleanly on the fenders bastard things!

Hey, i think I know that guy from the video...

I've had at least 3 of my fender bolts sheer off flush, with the lack of a TIG, Dad some how managed to drill them out by very carefully

using the perfect sized drill bit drill dead center... I'm sure that wouldn't work 100% of the time though!

I don't suppose you have a method for removing a rusted in screw on a plastic indicator lens?

For example I have 1 of these indicator lens' that has a snapped off screw in it.

It's a shame because it would probably polish up nicely and be re-usable but I can't think of a way of extracting the rusted screw without destroying it.

Good luck Gav.... i think the only way you could do it would be to drill it out and tap the hole slightly bigger... just be careful you dont drill through the front of the lense

What he said^^^

I'd just drill it out, the poor some RapidFix into the old hole & re-drill to the correct size.

A quick video I made explaining how I remove broken, frozen, corroded & seized bolts.

Very neat job, quick and minmal risk.

I like it  :)
