Most stuff is common sense and would be covered in verious posts. Things like bigger brakes, sticky tyres, more power, suspension mods etc etc. Let us know how far you were planning on taking it. Welcome to the asylum

Yeah thats what I thought too. But after a lot of mucking about with various tachos (and eating a lot of tacos) I gave up and modified mine. But give it a go with a 260 one. You can always change your plan if it doesn't work out.

I am not sure what you mean by the hole for the cluster? But I would be able to help. Only trouble is I am in Brisbane so depending on the size of the bit you need shipping might be an issue.
