  1. Get some specs.....a commondunny door, falcon or tojo unit will more than likely suit.....
  2. A thought.. If your car has a fusable link, this maybe U/S, when it heats up it separates therefore breaking the circuit and rejoins when its cools down.....
  3. LOL I could write a novella on this subject.......and Im not racist either I did a short stint in Port Hedland WA a couple of years ago, did my washing hung it on the line (work gear ), put my boots at the back door, went to the supermarket, came back...no boots and no clothes..all within 20 minutes.. the guy next door said the Ditch's ( creek dwellers ) had struck again... The thing I find annoying though is that when the Mining Company's hand out the royalty cheques.... usually around April every year youll see them all driving around in the latest Landcruisers, Monaros , Club sports etc and these are the same people you see at the bottle shops with trolleys full of 4Lt goon casks on any given day...

  8. There are two types..one had a threaded nut or the cheapest and easiest is the fork jobbie
  9. Go to any good Auto store ( even Super C@@p ) and buy yourself a tool that looks like an oversized fork, pack a block of soft pine or similar underneath and whack the fork with a good 4lb dead blow hammer...it will pop straight out
  10. Might be a good idea to pick yourself up a manual before you come over and read up a bit, or take a good look around the various sections / posts on here, youll find all the questions you'll be looking for answers to, have been covered ..

  14. Obviously your grasp of the English language is as limited as your grey matter Id be more concerned about inferring that the 30 odd neanderthal sized mining individuals I work with who ride scooters to work were gay..not to mention the rest of them.. put a sock in it pleb..

    new bushes

www.NeverEnoughAuto.com www.prothane.com Carry an extensive list of suspension parts... I bought a complete replacement set for the 280zx, excellent service and delivery time There are numerous pros and cons regarding these products... OEM Rubber versus others is a choice of compromise, Poly / Urethane / Nolathane based products etc offer a firmer and in most cases a more seat of your pants ride, but suffer in absorption quality's, however they do provide a far superior life of product being fuel and oil resistant and do not perish
  17. Not a capitalist and definitely not a Socialist... 1908 until 1913 available in Green, Red, Blue and Grey, hand built for the wealthy.. 1914 until 1927 available in 30 different shades of Black, specifically and purposely because Black was cheap and durable, designed for the exercise of keeping costs down so the average person could buy one @ $825
  18. Youll need a Mustang notched Body oil pan and pickup to match....and a Tremec 5 speed...
  19. Not sure youll find a replacement, even if you manage to find one it will more than likely have a fair amount of rust in it... Best bet would be to unstitch it and have it repaired............m2cw
  20. It seems you have some issues with your wiring setup, no doubt due to its age and or previous install, I would take it all out and start new. Why don't you set everything up on the front seat including NEW wiring for all your components and see whats what, I would forget wiring up to accessories ( Ive had this issue also ) and run and in-line gold fusible link directly to your battery No doubt your new head unit came with pre labeled and numbered wiring etc etc telling you what goes where, a test light is all you will need unless your running mutiple components and need to check variables There is also a very good " how to " article with pics on here from a member who installed a retro unit
  21. Have a look at these two sites.. www.lainefamily.com www2.zhome.com....
  22. Can we send you a donation...?
  23. Does it have to be OEM specs....why not remove what you have and replace it something a generic size right through....
  24. It seems you've lost your sense of humor Lurch... for today at least... Lets not be reprobative and petulant and start calling names big fella, you don't know me Your paddlin bat? :'(
  25. I suppose I could send you $3 for Saturdays paper, I'm sure you'll find something that meets your particular criteria.....or perhaps wander down to the local employment agency, stand in line and tell your tale, I'm certain they will get a laugh as well.....especially after what so many have endured...
