    Courtesy of Gordon Dobie: In the hope of clearing up some of the confusion regarding what was and was not allowed under the CAMS reg's under which 240/260 and 280Zs where obliged to compete, I have attached a copy of the original Group D reg's from the CAMS Manual as applied throughout the time in which I competed. These rules were basically the same as the improved production touring car reg's of the time and were quite restrictive. The intention being to keep costs to a reasonable level whilst allowing sufficient flexibility to enable the creation of very vehicles capable of very fast and close competition.     No it wasn't! It took me bloody hours! I'ts VERY difficult to make that section in one piece, as it it's bulbous shape in a reverse curve. Bit of a nuisance mate, but I got to most of the spot welds from underneath
