  1. Very nice ride there. I bet you can't wait to get your hands on that! Just a heads up guys, these are the RB wheels you can get in the ZG config for about $1000.00 to your door.
  2. Hi Guys, I need the bottom half of the splitter plate or what ever it's called! My previous manual plate was one piece. The new motor has got the old auto one on it and it does'nt cover the hole bell housing. I assume there is a half plate that can be fitted?? Thanks, Sulio
  3. Hi Ben, Cool, hopefully Mukini's are on and running before Thursdays meeting, although even if they are I'm tipping it'll take a couple of weeks to get the right jets etc to have em running right. Hows it pulling with the SU's compared to the previous motor? Sulio
  4. Good guys, my current count is at about 15 based on forum count. I can think of at least 5 more that come to mind that I'm sure will attend so we are aiming for at least 20 people. As we have booked the Jag Club I would like to ask anybody that is on the fence as to whether they will be coming or not to put in the effort. It should be a really good night with some nice cars for all to have a look at. Sulio
  5. Hi Hunter, I bought King Springs for my car ages ago. From memory they were 1 1/2" inch lower than stock and I paid about $230.00 for the four so the price above sounds good considering how many years have passed. Can you give us some specs on say the Konis on offer and options on Kings ie how low will they lower the car etc, will fit stock strutts etc. (Always find people asking that question.) Good Work Sulio
  6. David, what did you have done to the motor? How is it running compared to the L26 you had before? Sulio
  7. http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php/topic,2356.0.html There's another somewhere here that is actually a shell with a welded cage, my105.com was the sale site from memory. Sulio
  8. Good guys, noted. Also noted for GOR Richard. C'mon Dimitri you can have that car ready for GOR! Sulio
  9. Hi Guys, Yer I've gone down that Skenes Creek road before on a work trips with my Falcon and I've always wanted to hit it with the Z. The weather will be a determining factor I suppose. Somebody told me they were down the GOR just after the windy days a few weeks ago and the bark that had blown off the trees made the road deadly. Well lets just wait and see how the weather pans out. Sulio
  10. I've got the calipers, brackets and discs. $100.00 for the lot. Sulio 0413 188 024
  11. I run a 3 core. Works well, never heats up. Sulio
  12. Yellazed is doing one now I believe Sulio
  13. Good thanks for the head up Matt, it's been a while. Be good to see you again mate! Cheers, Sulio
  14. Hi Guys, Just a little bit of a recap and update as the date is nearing. This cruise is to take us from Melbourne through to Lorne to Apollo Bay via the very scenic Great Ocean Road. Saturday night we plan to enjoy dinner and drinks and stay overnight in Apollo Bay, making our way back to Melbourne on Sunday morning. Of course if you don’t have the luxury of the entire weekend to devote to your Z, you can make it a day trip. Just an outline of the current plan below: 10:30am to 12:00 - Melbourne to Bells Beach approx 100km (1 hour 20 minutes), 30 min stop to stretch the legs and maybe walk on beach 12:30pm to 1:00pm - Bells Beach to Lorne, approx 25km (30 minutes), 1 hour stop for lunch 2:00pm to 3:00pm - Lorne to Appollo Bay approx 50km (40 minutes depending on traffic) 3:00pm Check in. For those that are staying the night check in to Apollo Bay accomodation, if weather is good go for a spin out to Lavers Hill and be back in time for drinks and dinner. As last year I will send out meeting spots, maps etc about 1 week before the cruise. You will only recieve the map etc if you have indicated you will be coming. The current list as it stands below. 1. Toecutter, (Sulio).....booked to stay at the Butter Factory Apartments 2. ZZZ8, (Craig).....booked to stay at the Butter Factory Apartments 3. Dalee, (Dale).....booked to stay at the Butter Factory Apartments 4. Matt Freeman.....booked to stay at the Butter Factory Apartments 5. Mayham, (Ben) 6. Scoota, (Mark) 7. LC260z, (Lui) 8. ReverendZ, (David) 9. zedls1, (John) 10. Darren House 11. Biggelz, (Richard) 12. Ol_sk_Z, (Sach) As with last year to keep things simple everyone is expected to organise their own accomodation if they plan to stay the night. There are quite a few places to stay and I have already booked The Butter Factory Apartments for four of us. These are three bedroom, 4 star accomodation with double lock up garages. We used them last year. Very big and nicely decked out over 3 levels with great Ocean views and basicallly in the heart of Apollo Bay close to the pub. $350.00 for one night, so not so bad when split between 4 or 5 people as they can sleep 5 with some rooms having two single beds. If you like you give me a heads up if you plan to stay the night and I'll put you in touch with someody to share a room with so you can organise details between you guys. I'll make note of the phone number at a later time as it's too cold to go out to the car to get it! Just a reminder regarding CB radio's. It does make it a whole lot more fun when you can communicate with each other and always helps on the safety front to keep everyone informed of road conditions up ahead. I use a 40 channel UHF hand held 5 Watt radio. The 2 Watters are OK if you just plan to listen but it's ideal to have a 5 Watter. I can't recommend strongly enough on how helpful they can be. If your buying one be careful as the 1 watters and below are almost like kids toys lacking power. Sulio Fingers crossed for the weather!
  15. Good to hear you will make it John. We hope to have two RB powered Z's on show for the night so it'll be right up your alley! Ash and Mayham. I'll PM you to to check your all set and nut out details for the night. We really want to get as many people in as possible for the night so please make an effort guys. No matter if your Z's not going, come and get inspired to finish that build off. Just out of curiousity can you please indicate on this thread if you plan to make it for this meeting just so I can get some idea on how much food to organize!?? Thanks, Sulio
  16. No cost, PM me and I'll give you an address to send a pre addressed and stamped envolope and I'll send you a couple. All those in Vic attending the meeting at the Jag Club will get one. Sulio
  17. Done Simon! I need to update the sheet with Warrenz config but I'll wait til he has his fianl set up as he's still tinkering although very close. Sulio
  18. Hi Jeffrey, i used to run a set of rims at the front with a pretty wide track due the hub adapters. I also had the issue of rubing when at full lock. You can cut the valance a reweld it to look stock and provide enough room for turning. I'm pretty sure I posted pics on the forums here of my modified ones when I did it. I've since got the front airdam as I went for ZG's but still kept the modded front valance just in case I go for a BRE front lip one day!? Sulio Sulio
  19. Gotta love the sporty look those nudge bars give a car! Sulio
  20. i think i'll call my z the "prostitute", as it's popping up everywhere! Sulio
  21. Wow, very good deal for 44's Well done! Sulio
