Toecutter Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Hi Guys, Just a quick hello from Dubrovnik, Croatia. For those that might not have noticed I've been away for about 5 weeks now with my second half who I can now officially call the wife as we got marrried in Florence about 4 weeks ago, it was a perfect day and we got a chance to gothrough the Uffizi Musuem straight after the ceremony to get some really amazing wedding day photos as well as some great spots all over Florence. Still got a couple of weeks on the Adriatic but looking forward to getting home and starting the old Z up. Especially keen to try out the new coil over kit fitted by Lurchy whilst I've been away. I've attached a few pics of the big day below aspromised: Quote

Toecutter Posted September 15, 2009 Author Posted September 15, 2009 Thanks for the nice comments guys. Ha great photo shopping Ben, even got the wifey laughing. Yep Dubrovnik is a great place to holiday in. Especially walking through the Old City. We have 9 days here with about 4 left. Florence is a very romantic place, we relaxed for a week in Florence and then moved on to the Serchio Valley just outside of Lucca still in the Tuscany region. A friend put me onto a restored 300 year old villa with a huge pool that came in handy in the heat. We spent a week there and then moved on to the Amalfie Coast which was my favourate spot in Italy. The Hotel in Praino is well located in between Amalfie and Positano with a cliff top pool and amzing Seaview panoramas from the rooms, Hotel Margarita for anybody interested in going to this part of Italy. Now that was amazing and will be my number 1 destination next time in Italy. Well in 5 days we are back in Rome for 3 days then fly back to KL for another 3 day stint of shopping and then back to reality! Ha well to be honest I'm looking forward to coming home as our extension is pretty much finished and I have new garage for the Z to come home to. That will be another new little adventure! Cheers, Sulio Quote
