There are two types that I know of - one is a two-component item that suits the standard steel wheel rim (4 1/2" I think??) spare, so presumably all 240Z and also early 260Z; and then there's a longer (taller) type which suits the factory alloy wheel (5 1/2") fitted to many subsequent 260Zs. The 'steel rim type' isn't long enough to secure the factory alloy wheel. Same thread, but I have no idea what the designated pitch is. If you run alloys that are wider than stock then you might have to fabricate a retaining bolt. Edited August 27, 2017 by gilltech Quote

Larger version (used with Z432 wheels I believe) and my HS30 #150 had it, which I think was fitted with dealer option wheels (Aunger Hotwires?)
