Administrators gav240z Posted November 10, 2015 Administrators Posted November 10, 2015 Sale Pending: L-series gearbox, unknown condition. It has the 4-bolt flange outlet so it _might_ be the close ratio 240z box. Not sure. Also have tailshaft to match: $200.https://goo.gl/photos/P8fXH9vXpikgT9kc9 It certainly looks like an early 240z 71A gearbox. But I can never quite tell the difference between a 240z and Roadster box. Quote
1600dave Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 (edited) Roadster boxes are shorter (rear extension is shorter) and the starter motor is on the passenger (left hand) side of the car. Edited November 10, 2015 by 1600dave gav240z 1 Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted November 10, 2015 Administrators Posted November 10, 2015 Thanks so this must be a 240z box. Quote

locklock Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 (edited) Are those pistons good? I kinda like it. Would it make a stock L24 compression higher? Edited November 10, 2015 by locklock Quote
phillay Posted November 11, 2015 Posted November 11, 2015 backup for the LSD if any of them falls through. Quote

import monky Posted March 1, 2016 Posted March 1, 2016 Interested in the rear control arms pending price of freight to sydney. Could you message me on 0432860997? Cheers Quote
thehelix112 Posted March 31, 2016 Author Posted March 31, 2016 Hey import monky, I'm in the US, so can't really msg you I'm sorry. My old man, whose house it's all at, and who pops stuff in the mail for me when necessary is also here visiting. I dare say most of the money in those arms will be the courier. If you wanna organize it via e-go from Ballarat, when my dad is back in the country he should be able to drop them off. PM or email me if you wanna go ahead. Thanks, Dave Cozza 1 Quote
