Those 2+2  rails are too shallow & don't appear to follow the contours in the floor.

The photo about is of a 240Z as well...

Actually that's a 74 2+2. Belongs to Dean.

Wayne must not be aware of the difference between that and later model.

Yep it is a 260z 2+2

What's the difference?

I believe that there are some differences between early 74 260z 2+2s and later model 260z 2+2s. Same with the 2 seaters Nissan made changes through the years to the body to strengthen them a bit more.

Hi Wayne, alas they are different from my 76 260 +2  mine are not straight across the floor and flat like yours, they follow the contour of the floor, they are way taller in some areas and pancake thin in others, my floor is not flat like the one you have made.. but well done anyway guess you now need to find a later one :)

Early 2+2's with the 240Z style floorpan are less common than the later 2+2's with the late model spec 260Z floorpan.

I sure you don't want a customer buying a set of rails off you, offering them up to their 2+2 which has the later floorpan & then ringing you saying they don't fit...?

No Lurch we certainly don't.We want to make sure we are selling the under floor braces for the right car.

Thanks to all that have posted on this, really appreciate your help.
