Make sure the overflow bottle cap is connected correctly. I.e. Pressure from rad runs to tube to btm of overflow reservoir. Otherwise rad will just pump the overflow reservoir contents out upon expansion of liquid. This happened to my 240, reversed cap connections and problem solved.

Hi Gentlemen, I am planning to replace triple 45mm webers with ITB fuel injection on my L28 (stock with 72 cam) We are thinking to use 40 or 42mm throttle bodies as I a want the car as a daily driver. What I'd like to know is if anyone can make a recommendation as to a good inlet manifold to use? (The current lynx triple weber manifold will be sold with the carbs and linkages as a working package). Any opinions or experiences? - I have heard that the American cannon manifold is not that great, although looks like good value. Can anyone comment on the EFI Hardware manifold? Cheers.

I have been looing for replacements and some are listed as NOS / OEM, but plastic. The originals on the car would have been metal, right? Also any one who may want to sell some, let me know. Cheers.
