  5. I is crying tears of pee out my front bottom right now,,,,,,,,
  6. Is this like a Fleshlight?
  7. You gettin to thinkin' "Pharque ett, I is gonna go manwell geerbox now,,,"
  8. Yes wheels allow full rollability, they swivel 360 deg ( all four) With one side at lowest setting, other side at highest thefloorpan is around 35 degrees up from horizontal, due to the wind up/down function ( by hand on each post) elevation is approx 700 mm but using some carefully placed blocking, can get it higher.
  9. The Option box in the Fury Y s a bit of a hybrid, it ses a combo of both the Opt 1 and Opt 2 gearsets, I think they used Peter Holinger to put it together. Les may recall! I have the tooth counts on file. Recently sold to Pud Thompson some Option2 bits, (incomplete)
  10. Hmmmm Much better forks than original ones!
  11. Dont have a car to show installed! If you have a bare shell, or one without front x member and no rear suspension, the rear pins drop into brackets on the crossbeam, The wheel posts are within the bdy, ie the beams dont stick out past the guards. Few of the past Qld guys have borrowed these, with good results! No need for them now!
  12. SOLD. A front/rear set of sturdy frames, that attach to moustache mount pins at rear, and, front crossmember mount points at front. These are height adjstable from side to side, to enable underside work to be done. Compact design, unlike a rotisserie, and gives you ability to roll a bare shell around, or load it onto a trailer etc. This was custom fabricated to suit the S30 bare shell, used in past for body prep, paint, roll cage install. Comes complete, with its four height adjustable wheel posts, can package it up for freighting Australia wide. $400
  13. The Swtzer Black/Silver never been raced Group Sc car would have been a good catch! Its gone to Melbourne? Jst be persistent visiting the various sales sites, they do pop up! Nt sure f sold, but Carls at Classic Sportscars had an ex rally Z, that could be reverted back to a road car, it was sub 30's price.
  14. No, tunnels all the same. Different versions of gearbxes, ie 71A, 71B, then later 71C, had varying distances back to stick. Auto trans run a rod from selector to box, these can be any length to suit the various floorpans /other model Nissans, they were fitted to. If you want a fully restored, rust free, unmolested body 240Z, but with a lt of extra enhancements fitted, Got one up here, asking $55k. Saves you spending $30k on a rust bucket!
  15. Try Bits Of Italy Phil Bugee, he sells new and used Weber/Dellorto stuff, he may do swaps, but count on cash his way!
  16. These are the steering boxes Ford F150 owners happily pay $2000 for, in used condition!
  17. Have 3 sets f Atara here ready to freight. Their fronts with a stretched tyre will jst get under a standard front guard, but rears with a stetched tyre will get very clse. Rear lips will need work. Pic f these Ataras on a Z.
  18. That one jst needs a decent engine, a C/R box, and the suspension setup properly, and then it would be a decent Sc car
  19. AKA "re-birthing"Yes, has been inown to occur, with desirable cars,,,,,, Gav, my mate is travelling about the country, wont be home for a while, we caught up with them n Nth Coast NSW for a week, i had no dea he had a couple of low number jobbies. We are mainly Roadster guys, but we certainly dont get all moist about the low numbers in them, buts thats because they are all very lw numbers! A member on here, has a 2000 Roadster, number 4 off the line.
  20. AZC stuff is a bit too agricultural ! That 3.2 motor was certainly built loose, 1/2hour on dyno and she's run in!
  21. The hit in the side Casino car, back on page 13, was stripped by a well known in Roadster circles chap, was with him last weekend, he cut out the firewall and kept the plates/ID tags from that car. He's also restored another very early car, not sure f its lsted here! Another early car could be the ex Larry/Lex Greenhalgh car, now, still, owned and raced by Gold Coaster John KcKeon. Have raced this car for John, in the past, and it flexes a fair bit, due to its alloy cage. Its not that far a "race car" that it couldn't be brought back.
  22. The above was fitted to the George Fury 120Y that was built in 1981
