Thanks for that. If that's the case then I need to connect it as I still run points system. Any idea's on what to connect it to? There are no obvious wires near it to connect to.

Attached to the coil is this little resistor thingo and one wire goes to the coil and the other goes nowhere. I can't find anything in the loom or a wiring diagram to tell me where it should be. Any ideas? Cheers

That was my next plan of attack if I was going to have to fork out $180 for new cylinders.

On closer inspection of the old seals I found the number 'P4477' . I gave this number to a local brake shop that couldn't find any listings and they had 4 on the shelf. Total $20. Put them in and it brakes better than ever. So if you want to repair your wheel cylinders like mine just give them this number and you will be laughing.

I have searched both on and off this site for any info in regards to kits for the rear wheel cylinders for my 77' 260Z and got nowhere. Since all the PBR stuff in n/a and new cylinders are $180 a pair (WTF) I want to just put in new kits. Does anyone know of another model that uses the 7/8" seals that could be used? Mine has the twin opposing pistons, not the single. Cheers.

You wouldn't have the indicator stalk still? If the high/low beam light switch still works fine?

Just thought I would add a more recent pics to the thread. Gave the wheels a good polish by hand the other day and they came up magic. Scoota, you would be proud. Also sent 40mtrs of the door seal up to Qld to Garvice. How did you go Brad?
