  1. I have finally have got the printer working with the computer again. Instead of swamping this site with pics, here is a link to Photobucket with lots of photo's. If you want a certain spot taken let me know. http://s1007.photobucket.com/albums/af194/Thomo260/AusZcar/260Z%20For%20Sale/ Cheers. Simon.
  2. Your worth more than 2 cents Bruce mate.
  3. Finally fixed my computer. Is this what you were after Dimitri?
  4. Depends what you call wrong. The car was painted about 8yrs ago and it is showing it's age with a bit of crows feet on the roof, but to me that was good cause I couldn't handle driving a car every day and on club runs with an brand new paint job that I would be terrified of getting stone chips and dents in. There is a couple of small dents on Rh side where a radiator fell against it in the shed. Parts replaced last year (1700kms ago) are: Uni joint LH half shaft, Pedal pad rubbers, Tyres new 195/70R14 front & 215/65R14 rear 70%, both ball joints, Front brake pads, Sway bar rubbers, Clutch, Timing gear, Extractors, Dizzy cap & rotor, Wet leg struts rebuilt and new King springs, H4 Head light globes fitted and new door seals. As well as removing and detailing the front and rear suspension. Interior is very good. Unfortunately I have a tendency to fiddle with my computer and now I can't upload photo from my phone or camera. Idiot.
  5. Lurch and I are pooling our money and buying A new GTR to enter in the Targa Tassie. I already nav in VCRS so why not step up a level.
  6. Yes I would agree totally on all points you raise. BUT I could say that about the 12 x 1600's, 1200 ute & coupe and the various other cars that I have owned and will own in the future. I guess I just get bored very easily and get more joy out of working on them more than the occasional drive on sunny days.
  7. Some pics. This pic is with the standard springs fitted.
  8. Email sent. I will try and get some pics today if it stops raining.
  9. Is this the sort of thing you are after Dimitri? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Rare-Vintage-gas-car-PB-Mustang-XI2-4WD-4WS-Datsun-Z_W0QQitemZ110514850077QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Toys_Hobbies_Radio_Controlled_Vehicles?hash=item19bb32c91d
  10. The car hasn't changed since any of those pics were taken as I have only done 2500km in the car since Feb 2009 and 1600kms of that was in one week on the Tassie trip taken in Feb this year. If you email me I can send you all the pics I have plus any area's that I think you should know about. Odom shows 86240kms.

  15. That would be me. I do a bit of work on various local Datsun's, mainly 1600's but since i own a 260Z I have started branching out. You can get me on 0458 one four seven five four seven if you want to chat. I can come and have a look see at what you got. Cheers. Simon.
  16. I must admit I was a bit cheeky in my question . It's just that I own a 77' 260Z with factory 5 speed and a/c. http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php/topic,4323.0.html I hope you find the one you want because I enjoy mine every time I drive it. Even if the a/c dont work.
  17. The chick in this film drives a 240Z while a van plays 8 track tapes and terrorizes motorists. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nH2koVXuDlM&feature=grec
  18. Does this mean that an original, matching numbers 260Z 2+2 5 speed with factory air is rare and hard to find? Or is it that all the ones you have found don't meet your peferences? Simon.
  19. Quick vid. Me being passed by Craig and Evo, a regular occurrence in Tassie
  20. Just to clarify, It's one of those whistling things you throw.
