Hey Mate
I hear you
I had to have a bit of a Clearance sale with a couple of my loved ones and parts prior to coming back to QLD from WA, the transport costs would have been cruel
Im lucky Ive got a GOOD sized shed and the wife rarely wanders down...........
Happy to hear the ( ex owner ) has done the righty with the resto so far, I think youve got a winner, I like the darker colour youve got, give it a cut and polish first up before installing anything have a look at it then decide if you want a change or go two tone, very effective on that style of body
Drop her to coke can ride height, 15 x 7 up front 15 x 10 on the rear, 2.5 or 2 7/8 inch extractors ( not headers for ground clearance ) into a cross over then 2 inch straight through, the 302 has a very crisp roar under load....
Edit: If you drop her low you will have to shim for camber and castor if using OEM front end, or buy IRS after market front end, also comes with PS if you want....= $$$$$$$$
Cheaper version in power steering, an xd or f box will fit nicely and will take the sumo wrestler effort out of spinning her around when parking
On one of my utes ( 351 Clevo 4 bolt, 4 valve, 750 DP) I ran my exhaust to just before the rear wheels both sides, slipped on a 90*.. ..mean , my dog trys to maul the tips when I fire her up, LOL
Buy a " Painless " wiring harness also, they come in various configurations are bullet proof and easy to install for your electricals.....
Anyway Mate keep the posts coming..... I love this stuff
Cheers
Jeff
