Take a look at any car maker since the late 60's and most of them have been inspired / influenced by others during the realization process, the hand made Silvia is the 240z in retrospect and would have been there after as this was the first attempt at a sports car for the American market by the Nippons albeit not suitable for numerous reasons , similar to the path of the hand made DeLorean I have seen the pictures of the design team ( with their high wasted trousers choking their gonads ) during the initial phase of the 240Z with all the great classics on the wall and agree there are many many similarity's shared with these cars..

I raised this topic of Club Merchandise with Lurch a couple of weeks ago and am pleased its happening along.... Im my view regardless of what Pauly has to say...........so dont bother!!!! A TShirt is a TShirt which ever way you look at it, you can buy them from any 2 buck shop and pov pak corner store, K Mart and Target available with all sorts of logos, signs, Ford, Holden, graffiti art and just plain chinese made crap on them.. A polo on the other hand, presents a certain sense of style and class especially as a Club shirt.... ( and this ones been around for a while ), screen print cracks and fades and looks like shit and cheap after a few washes, embroidery as Lurch is sourcing is the way to go, price up both....to please all NB: and Im not knocking T Shirt wearers either.........

Hello Mate By the look of it you could strip the rest of it out and clean it all up nicely, if the bodies ok, and I take it the mechy's are sound ( although most are probably rat shit ) and you say there are more parts at his mates place, for me, Id offer him $2000. - $2500, I reckon you'd score it Could be a bargain if the guy wants it gone, I live just down the road from you so I know theres not much interest up this part of the world for Z's Eg: I looked at a very tidy running 300zx for $1.5k last week and an immaculate 260z / 350 chev engineered and registered for $5k, times are lean, a good time to bargain and buy The cost of parts combined with availabilty, time and freight is the killer up our way.........
