This kind of tune is probably doing a lot of damage to your engine.... That much fuel in the cylinders will wash the bores, preventing the necessary oil coming up... Talk about massive engine wear... Other thing is, if it was tuned properly, you'd find heaps more performance... Can recommend a shop that has weber tuned my cooper s... Very smart operater...

Hell yeah they are a monster of a vehicle. Couldnt believe how big the bugger is... Doesnt seem like it on the road, cant tell its a monster 1.7t. Not a small cabin, but far from spacious...

I have done that many a time... Buy a car coz u like it, without driving one, or being a passenger in one... Never mind, great car to drive... God I wish I had a heater this morning though :'( Let me know if you want a hand, only 10min up the road from you...

Yeah I make most of my own gear... Different to working on cars though, much heavier gauge metal... i'll have it in the car to show and tell...

Oh, they arent the first priority I will be fitting the full aircon and sound deadening the whole car before the seats come into play

Not sure. I dont know what seats will fit, havent done any searching at all... Thinking some nice leather mazda rx7 (series 6,7, seats, or maybe some GTR seats and have them re-trimmed... I would like to keep it nissan based but expense... Maybe even go down the recaro/cobra/sparco/bride seat road, but again, big money there.

nah I do medieval fighting - swords sheilds, hitting each other, that kind of stuff... wearing 25kgs of steel armour, plus weapons...

How did you try to repair it??? maybe try using some filler where the gaps are, or fibreglass???

I thought I would stick some before and after shots of the interior from when I bought it, till now Next thing to do interior wise is fit the aircon system I have bought (mainly the heater atm), and find some nice black leather sports seats to go in... That and a sub into the passenger rear guard (molded fiberglass box)

Had my first ride in one on Sat night. My late Dad's best friend bought one.... all I can say is JESUS CHRIST they are quick! completely killed his old 911 that he had... and the gadgetry is amazing, he has loaded 20 odd cd's INTO THE GTR's computer. Just amazing... The digital guages look amazing... Nicest car I have ever been in.

r33s make better daily... I had one for a year and half and racked a 100k onto it... went like a champ. heaps of power and handles well enough in stock form... Add a little and it went great. They arent rare because they offer great bang for your buck

Lets take the "old girl", beastie, rattle monster, the inhaler (due to the fumes that sometimes come in)... Depends on how its treating me... After fixing problems I love it, when new ones come I get angry and then its the POS (Peice ofShyt)
