    Went back to SWM for some more adjustments and modifications. Suspension sorted. Off to exhaust shop now for a new setup. Will be selling my 6-1 ceramic headers next week.

    OK, so she's back from SWA with limited slip diff, coil overs lowered (needs to go lower again), suspension reworked, bits and pieces and an $11K bill LOL. Love the way the car handles now. I'm removing the silly hook at back I placed there just to see how it looked. New rear Watanabes are rubbish. Sending back to Otomotto to replace or repair as they came in from OS badly warped out of the box.

    Hey Adam...You explained things well, but I don't think you needed to anyway. Sounds like the seller and buyer had a mutual understanding. When I came to see you and did not to put an offer down, it was because after looking at the hornet for less than a minute, I saw the things which did not fit my purchase criteria. You ware very open about what the car was about. The owner will enjoy this toy I'm sure. PS. Got the 964. Pick-up Thursday

    Yep, patience is not an issue. Just little disappointing when people open up lines of communications, you establish clearly what you are after and the budget you have to invest and you get offers for hand brushed wreck for $55K ...Seriously..

    Let me know the link and I'll get them for you. You just pay shipping, I have an import company picking up in Japan and clearing these. The guy in Jap doesnt want to send them because there is a strict policy from transport companies on fuel related products, so he cannot to Oz..     Looking for another car, this time completely original, manual, 240Z, prefer early model car, but will consider anything clean and original. Not looking for cars which had "upgrades". Need all original standard parts on the car. Budget up to $60K. PM me please.

    Yeah, the starts aren't too bad, but with chokes open its much easier and smoother, plus... (ever tried single digit degrees C cold start?). I don't want to redo the cables and prefer to keep original cable set-up. I think I can do a single rod lever connected to all carbies and then use the 2 cables to work together as they have been for the SU's.. Its a bit of mucking about, but I'd like to get that sorted neatly. Was hoping someone out there saw a solution.
