I called mine oscar cause he's green and was a bit trashy. My other car (TA22 Celica) i called Christine after the Stephen King movie cause i bought it as a shell and then bought a front gaurd which ended up being the original front gaurd from the car... Like it was trying to come back to life. WoooOOOoooo

Simon's Z has a set of 1 3/4 triumph carbies on the thing...Playing up a bit but they would be possible to tune. Mine wasn't. Just a standard Dick Smith item. Only thing i did different was to trim the stalk of the switch by 5mm.

Yea they are the 240 round tops. Probably a good idea is to simplify the emission system but seeing as its after july 76 you would need a minium if your into keeping it all legal. Do you still run a air pump? Remember i'm local too so it's easy to drop in and have a look. This was one cure i found

The dizzy that i had on my car was off a forklift (serious) i did an extensive search on ebay and bought one but i have changed to Electronic ignition since.
