Yep the only tough part is along the trans tunnel where you stitch weld it. The rest is plug welded along the inner rocker panel, lower footwell and just behind the seat after you drill out all the spot welds. If you raise the vehicle on one side you can can complete the welds underneath. If the car hasn't been blasted then most of the deadener will be loosened enough from the inside welds to clean off easily with a wire brush (it also has a tendency to catch fire too but goes out quickly) simples. Great to see some pace in this project.

Look closely and you can see underneath where he swept up before taking the shot. Take a shot of the other side of the workshop and we all know that behind the scenes is a different story. Another Classic saved by the Auto Fabrications Expert

I would be tempted to go SR20DET. Get one set right back in the bay and you can move the rad back further go some seriously good weight balance.

I have 240Z choke cables with the hand throttle. -
Not sure if i will have the Zed repaired by then, i'll see how i go. I snapped one of the bands in the auto so i have a new heavy duty kit on the way to rebuild the auto.

True they are worth more than a giveaway but only to those who want one. I think there are too many jdm flare fitters to justify selling it anywhere but ebay.
