    The radiator has a hole where one of the brackets got torn off from the bottom tank. It's a hole smaller than a 1 cent piece (if you remember them) I have a local radiator guy who gives me good prices that i can take it to for a quote to fix. Radiator weighs 9.6 kgs.

    Here's a picture of a dogleg before i repaired it. See the rust line down the bottom? It's where the moisture and dust sit and do their work.

    The bonnet was smashed at the front so we cut the front off and will use the spare bonnet and some donor metal to rebuild the front.

    Are the pump jets squirting? After you install the Dellorto Carbies and they are full of fuel, reach underneath and pull the pump activator all the way down and then push up. Do this a few times and listen for the squirt. You will be able to hear it squirting. Could cause the hesitation.
