    Do you have more photos/ detail of your car? Transmission, Engine, Carbs, Exhaust, ignition? One of the best mods to these is to fit Electronic ignition which there is one on ebay at the moment.     I can confirm that with the calipers i have that ther is No Possible Way that the piston can tilt and seize ... i know this because i put the lowest pad (which is nearly down to the steel) in both sides of both calipers and the piston needed to travel another 10mm to pop out. I measured these calipers with Dalee's S12+8 calipers for solid rotors and they are identical.

    And i'll just put these photos here for other people's reference, To use the old brake pads as shims for my setup i would have to Machine 1-2 mm off the bare plate.

    Dang were's lurch when you need him. You need to use spacers to centre the caliper. On another note, did we get part numbers for those Brake Pads?
