  6. Let me know what you want pricing on and I can get that for you - I think it would be no problem to get matching vents for the rears.
  7. The GTV sits fit the 240Z perfect - I had to make some mods to mount them but easily done. They even look like they are meant for a Zed.
  8. That would be great!

  13. Hey guys - I have been able to secure a company overseas, who's quality of product is exceptional, to make interior upholstery trim for the Zed. One of the common problems we have faced is that if you buy seats out of another make, the price to get them reupholstered to your specifications is anywhere from $1300-2K (ridiculous!). I have negotiated some pricing based on volume, so It would be great to get an indication on what you would buy if you could do so locally, together with an interior installation option. As an indication, the seats I purchased for my Zed, come out of an Alfa GTV - cost for reupholstery $1900 (that was the average price over 3 quotes) The trim company that I will use can supply new covers for $600 and that is with custom stitching, custom inserts etc. I don't want to throw heaps of time or money at this if there isn't a need - so let me know. Feel free to PM me for more info. Cheers, Rev. P.S Zed seat upholstery is half the price of custom made, as he already has the pattern.
  14. The studs are normal. They should be threaded as when they go through the guard I think it is an 8mm nut and washer that tightens the scoop to the guard. If I remember right The headlight is installed from behind the scoop once it is attached. Hope that helps. Rev
  15. This Sunday 29 Degrees and Sunny come out with your snags, drinks and a chair - should be a great day - Starts from 11am in Blackburn, Let me know if I need to send you an address. Looking forward to catching up! Cheers, Rev
  16. I can only talk from the small experience I have but I haven't experienced flares devaluing a 260, it's actually been the exact opposite. Even the beautiful dark green 260z that I sold (I didn't cut the guards just flares and lowered on stiff springs) sold for a great price and then the guy took the flares off, had the guards welded and repainted. I think changing stuff like weird taillights and sunroofs are the big problem. I have found that most people who are buying higher priced Zeds are wanting nice looking, turn key investments. Just my (albeit, limited experience) Rev
  17. Thanks for thinking of me, have sent you a PM
  18. Might be a great idea to start a build thread and collate all of your questions into one thread - gave may give better advice on this, but I think it would be easier to keep track of your questions and answers. Cheers
  19. Welcome mate - Be good to know a bit more about you and your build, even some pics! Check with Lurch about gauge of steel etc. You can buy floor pans off the shelf. You will find guys on the forum very helpful when you take them on the journey of your build. http://www.rarespares.net.au/rarespares/ProductPage.aspx?product=RP0043 Cheers, Rev. P.S We have a BBQ meet up on the 22nd in Blackburn if you're keen.
