Look up Len Brennan for engine rebuilding. He's back in the game now and more competitive pricing then the others.

as gareth and i said they come on one piece of "app tape" maybe youtube it if you dont get it? Its the same as applying cut lettering they dont apply it one letter at a time.
they can cut you 6 stripes side by side if you like. you just tell them the width of each stripe and they will cut it on their vinyl plotter. Eg 20mm 50mm 20mm
They were "lowered". Just cut qtr of a coil at a time till you reach desired height.
If you want easy height adjustment then it does if your happy with deciding on a relatively set height then sectioning works just fine. But for majority of setups just changing out springs should be enough.
Kav there is plenty of info around on the forum about which inserts to purchase (part numbers and brands etc)
Just cut the springs bruv. Suspension travel is for losers
EDIT: Thought I should add something constructive... photo attached is king springs less 1/2 to 1 (cant recall exactly) coils removed.
The weld on coilover kits are pretty useless as they are not base height adjustable you really need to spend upwards up $1600 for coilovers (AZC or equivalent)
I spoke to Len about this the other week and let him know that there was extreme interest in budget conscious rebuilds.
He was excited to hear this so please give him a call if your looking for a rebuild for a decent price.
