Actually Lurchos, my Landcruiser has a small mirror on the front left of the bullbar and the Toyota Surfs had them on the front left panel, it is way better than the standard side mirror because it covers the blind spot. Its also less effort to look at and with the size of the B pillar in the zeds, checking blind spots is not a bad idea.

Some interesting points here. I would think if you are after top speeds, the money I have seen spent on things like aerodynamic mirrors and and head light covers etc (on many different cars), could probably be better spent else where. Craig: No doubt you have much better down force at high speeds, but do you think it has effected your top speed?

Can you actually see where the water is going? As mentioned above, it can be blown head gasket/cracked head. If it is vanishing, check your oil for water and exhaust for vapours, you will smell the burnt coolant smell from the exhaust.

A quick fix that i know of a few people that use it, is to disconnect one of the sway bar links on the rear. This softens up the suspension and helps with grip, though it will change the handling characteristics.

I'll stick with Bens Rota RBs. However, Toyota Corollas/Sprinters use the same stud pattern and sizes and offsets... Have a look at Toymods, Hachi Roku (I think thats how its spelled), and any other forum similar. You might be lucky there too.

I grew up in Nowra and we nearly went off the cliff on those roads... Its also got a lot of traffic. My fav would have to be the road between Mt Beauty and Bright in Vic alps. Its not massively long, but has absolutely everything and was a ball in my N15 SSS with my mate leading in his SR Barina (I know how gay that all sounds, but fuck it was fun) and not a lot of traffic either.

Well yeah, thats the idea of having the better quality core, they flow much better. The thing with shrouding is that the air will exit the side of the vehicle and not even pass through the intercooler. Obviously it is or your radiator wouldn't work, but you get the idea.

A good quality core is more important than a massive intercooler. But just as important, is damming air to actually go through the intercooler. Air, like water, will follow the path of least resistance, so make sure its got good shrouding etc or it will just go around it. Its not too hard to mount one, but make sure there is some sort of rubber or material between the two metals or it wont last long. http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w45/sco_aus/DSCF0006-1.jpg Top radiator support mounts for the intercooler before shrouding.
