Hey guys. I am going to sell my F17s as they don't fill out my flared guards and I don't want to go chasing hoops etc. They are 17x7.5 front and 17x8.5 rear. They will fit standard zeds. They have a 15 inch center with a 17 inch hoop, I will get back to you with more pics, offset and backspace asap. They are a little dirty and one wheel is missing the Simmons center cap, but very little gutter rash (don't notice unless looking for it), otherwise great condition. Asking $800 + postage ono, tires not included. In A.C.T.

I dunno man, was getting some pretty crazy quotes for painting around the place, let a lone prep work. One guy wanted $2k just to spray it, then it still had to be prepped and paint purchased, ie it would have been more than twice what I paid for the same sort of work. But if you can find people to do it still a bit cheaper, then post it up

Perhaps a boycott? I know that most of the Sydney zed club members are good people, I don't understand how this could even have been thought of? We are talking about not allowing people who share the same passion about their datsun that any datsun zed owner does, yet they are just abandoned for whatever reason. That's not on and what was going to be my first event in my zed is looking to be a waste of time. If it is because of logistical reasons like having to make different classes, then ask for help... But if it is flat out arrogance, I know where I won't be next Easter!

yeh, i managed to discharge on mech 3, dunno how, but I did. So I am dealing with it all through Dept of Vet Affairs and they are useless, you really do have to chase them up a lot and they just wasted 4 months doing absolutely nothing on my case, not happy Jan... Hey guys. I am putting the zed in tomorrow to get a couple of things done at Carco Exhaust Center tomorrow and was chatting to Russell about MX5 seats. He said he has a bunch of different model seats laying around, but you will need to go and see him to see which ones are which etc. Its directly across the road from the rear Toyota entry in Belco and a part of the Carco Center. Its the one lane road and its also next to a transmission center. Ask for Russell. Chars Scott

About the only thing that would be different is the length of the tail shaft, which is very little cost to change over anyway, so don't fret mate. 2Js are tops engines, even if I am RB biased.

It's not the rb20 sump from skylines, it's the rb20 sump from the 200zr. It's easier to make a custom one than find one... Good excuse for some baffles too

The guy who did mine is down near Cann river, he is cheap and does a good job. Brenton had his done in Mitchell somewhere before he sold it, for a similar price to mine (I think), but I don't know where and he is over seas now. I spoke to a few people to a few spray painters etc about back yard jobs and they all wanted $2k just to spray it, no prep. I paid $1500 including prep and some body work and I just had to supply the paint and thinners etc (cost me about $750 for the paint and other supplies). The more you pay him, the better job he does, but he can work to your budget...
