Correct about buying a quality intercooler and not getting a cheap one but my question is, with so many different types and sizes and inlet and outlets, which one did you (people have done this type of swap) use? Like was an intercooler design for an rx-7, or was it a civic? Which style inlet and outlet gives you the best access when running the piping?

Thanks for all the help with the fuel delivery guys! Very appreciated! So now for my next question, what size intercooler did everone use the mounts nicely (given some fabrication will happen) for a front mount? Not sure what size. And what brand did everyone use?

Rb260 or Zedman240: I am looking at the Bosch 440 inline fuel pump as RB260 stated earlier in the thread. For this style fuel pump, can I just install this pump externally onto the delivery line? And would that do the trick? As well as change the diameter of both th delivery and return line?

Question: Is the Walbro 255LPH internal pump install pretty simple?? into the stock 1973 fuel tank?

RBZ 260: thanks for the heads up. I am currently looking at a 16gal fuel cell with a 0-90ohm sending unit. And you are right on the fuel pump, I looked around and everyone has been using the 255LPH fuel pump. As for the fuel lines, I do have to upgrade them, going to buy stainless steel lines. I think that would be the best route. I am going to use the McKinney SR20DET S30 conversion mounts to drop the SR20DET motor in, was just curious on the fuel delivery. Thanks!

I am currently upgrading my 1973 240Z with a SR20DET. I was wondering what people, who have done the swap, have done to compensate for the fuel delivery. Is it possible to upgrade just the fuel pump, and if so with what? or do you upgrade the fuel cell and add an external fuel pump? help please....
