    A smidge over $2800 delivered (cheap!) - it's 4.5 ton rated & has a 1900m lift height. No special foundations at all - just a 120mm thick concrete, that the hoist was Dyna-bolted into

    You don't 'need' to plug them Bruce, as they are a blind hole. But if you want to for aesthetic purposes, then a grub screw is the easiest way

    Measure the Dia. of the hole & the grove Dia. of the new bung - if it's larger it wont fit. If it's the same size as the hole in the floor, just work harder at pushing it in!

    Studs might have been bottoming out on the inside of the nuts. Measure the studs vs the w/nut depth & see what the difference is.
