    I had/still has a 2" system on the L28 in the old Bus - it's a great size as it wasn't too loud or 'droney', has a great deep 'raspy' note & kept up a suitable amount of back-pressure Daniel is right - exhaust specialist's live in a world of their own... FWIW if your serious about getting your exhaust sizing, this program is apprently very good: http://www.maxracesoftware.com/pipemax36xp2.htm

    It's going to QLD?! Well bugger me! Welcome to the forum in any case Ben - finally someone who was serious about buying a 'great' Zed & had the cash to back up the purchase! Dave has put a lot of work into RevZed getting it pretty right (as well as others... *cough*), so you've got an excellent, ready to drive now, Zed Enjoy! I think 'RevZed' in it's current form will be quick enough for 'most' people

    Yes, you can do the camber plate modification on the rear as well. Why would you want to though? Rear camber is far less critical than the front. FWIW, the only reason you would need to do this on the front, is to be able to adjust the camber at the racetrack without upsetting the toe. On the rear it's no where near as critical.

    This bad boy turned up last week - 200amp, AC/DC, 60%dc... I also knocked up the trolley to suit out of some scrap steel packing crates! (who says I'm not environmentally conscience) So if anyone needs some Alum. welding done, just shoot me a PM/Email/call

(In Florence of all places!).     Oh yee of little faith! I drove the 10hrs from Melbourne to Goulburn for the '05 nationals, did the track day at Wakefeild, then drove the 10hrs home, all in the Zed. And I didn't have 1 problem

    Make sure you do your research on all the available kits, before you buy George. Quite a lot have their foibles & none of them are perfect...

    Clunk = bearing slop. Might also be the diff strap? Whine = worn CW&P. Have you checked to see if your UJ's are in good condition?
