    You would be very lucky to find a NOS roof panel, Loui - you 'might' find one in the US. The other way is to have an appropriately shaped panel made up to fit in the hole with a 'jogged' edge so that it can be plug welded/short riveted around the putside of the old opening.

    Ray, the 15's will clear the stock brakes as well as the hilux conversion. Worst case scenario is that you'll have to sand/grind down some of the casting on the calipers. Also perhaps BenZed might be able to give more insight?
