Here is a pic of my car with the 9 inch fronts and 9.5 inch rears. They were not meant for this car as I have another I am building but after I put them on I don't want to take them off! Hopefully Ben will get some more of the 9 and 9.5 for my other car Ash

Ouch! If you look on the bright side you wont need the dip stick to tell if you have oil in the sump anymore Hope my RB holds together on the track when I eventually get there. Ash

Hi I made a mold some time back and was selling them for $260 a set trimmed. Make sure you get a deposit before you make them as I got quite a few people who said they wanted them but didnt front up with the cash when they were ready. Ash

HI All just found out this was actually built by Z shop and ross orginally. Sorry for the miss infomation on my earlier post. Ross ran it in Marquesports in victoria for quite a few years. It was a good car back then and quite quick. It was running 240z carbs back then and looks like this guy has done quite a bit of mods to it since Ash

Hi Craig Thats a bummer. Its so hard to find people who can do a good job. Thats why I have stuck with the do it myself option. Then if it brakes at least its my fault and I dont mind paying the money to fix it. The only thing I go done by someone else on my racecar was the cage and the place that did it still managed to stuff a few things up and even charged me a fair bit more than the quote. Safe to say I will not be recommending them to anyone and they have already lost business as I send people elsewhere now. All that said Im sure there are a lot more dodgy customers than shops around (not directing this at you Craig) I think the orignal is better than the one they made as (correct me if im wrong) It has a bit more spring/ give to it so it moves before it brakes? I also broke one on my car when I had the L series motor with the big slicks. Ash

Lurch it was on My105 and I found it and told Dad and he just rang and brought it! It turns out he has actually brought two cars the one pictured and also an earlier open top one. They raced in 80-84 I think and there are a few pics of these cars in the motorsport yearbook. ash

Good to hear your back on track Fu, I learnt a long time ago that if you want something done right and when you want it you need to do it yourself. Thats why I do all my own work on my cars. However I know that Lurch and Dimitri a good reliable guys so you cannot go wrong with them Hopfully we will both have our cars on the road soon Ash

Hi all My old man just purchased some racecars and one is a JWS Chev Historic sportscar. It weighs about 750kg and has around 500hp. He said today that when we finish it (in the next 12mths) I will be first to get a drive :0 Safe to say Im a bit excited about it It still needs quite a bit of work but cannot wait to get started on it!! ash
