Thanks guys, Yes we will be having a special Saturday in about 4-6weeks. We will have lots of give aways, race simulatior on-site and free sausage sizzle. I have a set of the performance challengers in 16 x 10 and spoke to them about 2 or so years ago and they still did them. They would defiantly be the best value option. Otherwise I think your only other local option is 3- piece Simmons or custom. Ash

Just to add A friend and I were planning a trip like this many years ago. I didn't end up going but he did from Melbourne to Alice over the Christmas holidays. He went in a datsun 1200 with his girlfriend and he defiantly didn't get anywhere near spending 10k. I know a 1200 runs on an oily rag but when I spoke to him accommodation and meals were not that expensive etc I look forward to seeing some more real costs Think this is a really great idea an since I didn't get to do it last time I really hope to go Anyway hope to see more positive discussion about this.
