71 Retrimmed 240z seats (black) + 15 x 8 (+16/18 offset) Enkie deep dish wheels

Hi, Ive just become a member of the forum.  Ive owned my Z for almost 10 years now and after many years of sitting and waiting, Ive recently completed an entire hybrid restoration.  As a result I have a large number of parts left over and in particular a nice pair of retrimmed in black 71 seats. They are in excellent condition. No tears, no fading, would suit a restoration or upgrape perfectly... I installed some new Sparcos so they have to go.  Can email pictures for those interested.

Also, I have a cool set of Enkie 3 Piece Deep dish rims that were fitted to another 240z I owned.  They are old school and give the fat, squat appearance.  Theyre wrapped in decscent tyres all round are in very good alround condition.

Im looking for offers above $400 for the seats and offers for $400+ for the wheel & tyres.  I can post anywhere Aust wide at buyers expence.

Also some misc items such as good condition metal outset door trim (scuff plate area) - $100
I have a working interior  dome light (may need a clean) - $40
Rear brake conversion bracket for Arizona Z .  They will suit a number of Wilwood rear calipers (annodized red in colour) - $50
I have working guages of a variety of types for the z - POA

If you need more details of images either PM/email or call /txt.

Thanks

Pics of Enkie's?

For deep dish they'd be -16/18??

Nah, new skool wheels +16/18 is pretty hella flush and deep dish when the standard off set for most wheels is around +35 to +40 these days. ;)

You know it's serious dish when someone lays an old skool brick mobile phone down to show how deep the wheel is.

Mate I would be keen on the seats and belts if you still have them. Would they fit 2seater 260 rails . Where bouts are you

Im in the ACT mate, but can assit with postage if needs be. The belts are a lap sash (not retractable) non stock part. They look period and work fine though.  I would assume theyd bolt right up to a 2 door 260z but may have to confirm on here???

Cheers

Do the 240Z seats fit 260Z? 1974 2+2 in particular

Bozo,

I don't think they fold forward enough to let you fill the back seat with women  ;D

Haha, yeah you would struggle to fit anyone behind. They obviously recline back and forth, but unless the missus is built like a 10yr old chinese boy - u'd be in for a tight fit.

I am pretty sure 99.9% that you can just swap the side brackets on both seats they are the same mountings. I put my 240z seats in my 74 2+2 20 years ago by putting in the reclining action of the 2+2 .

I'm not fussed about the recliner mechanism, I'm only concerned as to whether the rails will fit or not as I recall Dimitri mentioned to me that 240 and 260 ones are different...

How hard is it to swap rails? Is it just a matter of drilling and screwing or is it more complex than that?

MaygZ - the only ones doing the folding ARE in fact the women :P I should improve my Z hospitality service and re-upholster the back seats for them if you know what I mean  :-*

Pretty sure you can just swap the rails, it was 20 years ago, and it was only done as a temporary fix, as the seats were to go back in my 240z so I wouldn't have modified anything.

yep you can swap the rails!! Im pretty sure the difference is only one of the seats have studs and one doesn't its just a matter of removing the studs from the rails with a hammer then use bolts instead!! Basically a straight swap with minimal work, no drilling required.
