Infinite resistance would suggest a bad connection somewhere. Worth checking all the connection spots in the gauge for a loose connection

Hi all. Thought I would use this thread rather than create a new one. Was thinking a drive day / bbq / picnic / get together would be good. Given silly season and school holidays are now upon us maybe forward planning for February? Some ideas to get the thoughts flowing: Wisemans Ferry / old pac highway Royal National Park / Stanwell Tops etc Head South and meet up with Canberra crew (Grandma's at the Farm for lunch or something) Head west up through Bilpin

With the wash out this was re-scheduled to 26 November. Same bat time, same bat channel location. There were only a handful of cars when I went over due to the rain, and my zed was definitely not due for a bath so it stayed home !

I like the contrast this week - Porsche drivers are attractive and Datsun drivers have weirdbeards. I've had 2 people who thought my Z was an old Porker this week (and 1 who thought it was a Corvette) so maybe we can have a foot in each camp.

A quick one that I haven't found an answer for through google. How tight should the fit be for dizzy vacuum advance hoses ? I was surprised that they slipped off relatively easily compared to say a heater hose or similar which are very tight, and thought maybe they need replacing but given I am still learning a lot of this I thought I'd better check !

Just found this thread again. The lights are reasonable but not perfect. Fitment is off on one side, but that could well be a fault in the front air dam and not the lights. Gaskets are a little chunkier than what I would like and I had to extend the wiring on one side to reach. Functionally good. Found this thread again when I was trying to find if my front parkers/indicators should have amber or whit globes. I was sure that I had seen they were white from factory which was what I fitted. Told the blue slip inspector this also but questioning myself now.
