  1. i think you don't understand what i mean you need a engine that will rev and make power all the way. you go faster at the drags if you get off the line fast you need lots of tracksion and have a turbo that make power later than 4000rpm this will bring the top mph up, it wont be fun to drive on the street as it will be a lag monster but at the drags it will be fast, the standard turbo motor will not top end very well so it wont rev so short sifting will make it faster,, if you change at 5000 it will feel fast and will top out at 110mph
  2. nice word john ,it hard to believe its ten years , it changed the world that we live in like no other event . on a different note its nearly a year that we have known each other and your friendship has been a grate help in my life so thanks for remembering
  3. when i was a drag man i ran a 3.7 with the manual and it pulled hard through the traps in 4Th at 125mph and when i fitted the 3speed auto it ran 9.9 139mph ,, the problem is if you go to 3.4 diff is you go slower because the 60foot time is to slow you need a engine that pulls all the way to 8000rpm
  4. hahah love the SA farm for wayward Lseries comment ...is that peter halls place
  5. hi Scando the gears are made hear in aus you can get them from jpc or spool they cost about $320 good investment as the n1 pump gears have been known to fail ,more the cranks fault as the drive is not to good, and as the crank flexes it works the gear very hard

  23. no no no how in there right mind would put a red motor in a zed
  24. the camber mods help stop detonation and allow more timing and more power form the same boost, 25 deg in the Rb3026 is achievable with E85 with chamber mods you can have more as for the pumps 1 044 will be OK for low boost eg15psi so two will be nice and the injectors will be at 75 -80 % at 370kw at the wheels you can run the bigger dynamics they are so nice to use nice spray pattern easy to control not like old big injectors
