Both are cracked mate. But providing they are the same as 240Z lenses I plan on getting some of those clear ones off ebay to install onto the housings I have.

The whole dash was sold on ebay for $100. The car was fully stripped and has since been crushed. If you know what you need ask as I have boxes of parts from it.

the rb30 heads bolts/studs are 10mm vs 8mm so the rb26 head has to be drilled out.......apparently.

And most expensive if there was a prang on the first corner :'(

It would be easy and make more power to just use nitrous to cool intake air. Either that or get one of those car fridges and plum your intake air through that.

Looks pretty good for a station wagon, very straight. Sounds good too, hate those clutch fans though they ruin the engine noise.

You could build a pretty mad engine with that sort of coin. That will be mostly labour @ $70/hr.

With the holdens and LS1's, OTR's or over the radiator intakes were proven to increase quarter mile times due to the air being able to 'force' into the throttle body once the car was at speed. The actual surface area of the long skinny panel filter was approx half of the original panels surface area, so I could never understand how they improved performance so much......but still bought two. By the way those pretend intercooler air filters are for transgender's with Excel's, to go with their electronic BOV's. Get a turbo so you can have an intercooler or stay away.

I've been doing a bit of research into injector placement, and throttle valve placement and inlet runner length etc. This is a good read if you have time.

Yeah they are just cut up from cheap alluminium. I'd like to get proper ones made though.

Ports line up pretty good. I used a smaller hole saw so I could continue the taper of the port runner through the flange adaptor plate so it matches the throttle body bore. I'll probably have to track down an L28 fuel rail or make my own. I've love to buy the proper throttle bodies like you did Zedman but I'm too cheap

I've made some progress with my own L series itb's. I've made up some dodgey adaptor plates from dcoe to rb26 throttle bodies. There will be some small porting to take care of and the subject of where the injector bosses will go, but other than that the engineering wasn't that tricky. Obvioulsy the tuning might be. At least they've only cost me $300 so far including the manifold

So with the dcoe runners vs the rb25 vac plate (tuning wise), are you just getting a vacuum signal from one of the runners for the maf/map signal, and then the tps? I've made my adaptor plates for mine to go from dcoe to GTR throttle bodies. I'm not sure whether to masacar a dcoe intake manifold by drilling holes and welding in injector bosses or get new cnc flanges machined with tapered port runners and injector bosses and get my own completely custom manifold made?

Well it came straight off a 260 to dummy fit on my 240.

As if that paint wasn't hot enough, then he's gunna drop an ITB NA RB26 in it :P My kebord hs stopd wrkng frm the drool.
