For me It would be Lofty Drews car. I recently had the pleasure of taking him for a run in my green car. He totally enjoyed it.

Found a bit of rust today. gonna fix it though. Word of warning. DON'T PAINT UNDER BODY PAINT INSIDE YOUR CAR.

Looks like I will get away with doing the passenger side only. Previos owners have painted with underbody paint and this really hasn.t sealed properly and rust has bubbled up under the paint. Too much carpet underlay has held all moisture in. Rare Spares are exact fit but they didn't know left from right until I explained they had the wrong part nos on them.

Could do that Gav. But long term might be best to replace. Mostly bad around the area where the foot rest goes through and at the back where the join is.

The journey begins. Well I have finally got my 2 seater. Not perfect but a good base to start with. Not going to spend mega bucks but tidy her up and make her reliable. Have a shed full of bits so that shouldn't be a problem. Too start with I am fixing up previous owners mistakes and repainting the interior in original colours. Getting rid of the black under body paint and rust proofing as I go. Once that is done I will move on the the mechinicals. Cheers.

Near miss. Watch out for the blue 4x4 spinning out in front of us. This was only yesterday 21.05.17. Been a while since I used the dash cam hence the old date.

Will need a bit . Engine and gearbox swap are the main things. Green Saturday. Gold Sunday, LOL.
