    It was removed from a running car so I assume it should fine but like all of them a bit whiney.. Might be hard to find a stuffed r200 as they are pretty solid.

    With me, after owning a zed as a first car, then owning two Z32's (auto and manual) then R33 Skyline, I went back to the zed twice! Just the fun factor and the noise was enough to want to own one again. The later cars don't have anything that comes close. I believe the early zeds are real sports cars as they should be; fast, noisy and uncomfortable! but most of all... fun!

    I have a complete R200 3.7. Not sure if I should hold onto it or not. What are you after from it? Would it matter if it doesn't have the output shafts etc?

    As above; have a "Black Widow" brand keyless entry system with central locking for sale. Bought it to install into my then daily driver but since sold the car and bought a 95 Corolla that already has central locking but no keyless. Don't want to split this kit for the keyless entry so I'd rather sell it complete. Has everything needed for install with 2 remotes, 1 master + 3 slave actuators, control unit and mounting hardware and loom. Bought it quite a few years ago for $90 but will sell it for $60 with free postage. (if in WA I'll have to add $5 for postage! sorry)

    Yep, also disconnect that new wire you installed with the diode and let the car sit and see if it flattens the battery.

    Have you checked the charging voltage yet? Is it around 13.8-14V ? Your pics are like what I did to mine.

    yep, under the headlight bucket. Got the housing, lens but just missing a gasket. 260Z ones with the splitter in the middle have a longer lens and gasket. I'm after the gasket that fits the housing/lens that only has one bulb socket.

    There is a difference between the 240 and 260 lenses. The 260 lenses are about 10-15mm longer than the 240 ones. As always I have 2 right and no left ones.

    As above, just chasing a gasket for the front left passenger side indicator housing. If anyone has one.. please let me know..Thanks!!

    very valuable info there...I've always wanted to put my zed on those scales. Were those readings with you in the car? I wouldv'e liked to see the weights without driver. Just shows what effect the driver has on the corner weights..

    Build number is 1178.. Another little update: Cured the blower motor issue and the wipers. Blower motor was my fault; plug that I thought was need to be connected wasn't supposed to be, and the wipers I traced to a dodgy switch. I think it was a dry joint on the switch itself so I re-solded it and it seems fine. I was about to install the distributor and found out you bought the wrong coil! Its a ballast resistor type whereas you need the full 12V coil from a 280ZX or even a early 90's Nissan Pulsar. If you can get one soon Fu, that would be great.

    240Z and 260Z and 2+2 windscreens are all the same. They fit in each model. So you shouldn't have a problem.

    Don't feel like you have to do all the mods at once... one at a time. With the ZG flare installation, I can help with the rivnuts and stainless bolts needed to bolt them on; let me know when you are ready and I can also supply the tool needed to pull up the rivnuts.
