Dunno, we need a boost gauge, oil pressure gauge and can't get the speedo to function yet

Well we sovled the misfire with a second hand coilpack and it looks like it's been an issue from the start as when we took off after fitting it she spun the wheels right through 2nd gear. We took a run of a measured quarter and did a 15.5 with a bogged down take off and i basically rolled through the last 40 meters, i am very confident that the car will run a 13 second pass no problem!

Run the stock fuel pump with triples, make sure it has a new kit. Never had a problem with fuel pressure.

Check for air leaks?

Need to know jet sizes, air correctors, idle jets, emulsion tubes. Your biggest problem which is points ignition. Many a problem with triples will be solved with electronic ignition. I run triple 45MM DHLA's on mine with an auto.

Dalee (dale) has one of these in his Zed, great fit.

The boost has a manual control and is connected to the top of the throttle body. Turns out the number 4 coil pack has died. No biggy!

Hey there, it's the wiper motor and because of the moisture involved in the area the bolts rust and stick like a Mickey T slick. Spray from underneath with a can of CRC with a nozzle to reach. Loosen them but back it off half a turn every now and then. Take your time not to build up too much heat in the bolt. My best advice is if there's no rust to attack under there just leave it in position after cleaning the bag and spray with tyre shine to stop the next layer of paint sticking.

I'm grey enough in the beard deparment but not nearly fat enough For the last few days i've been doing some product testing and development but had an issue with one of the intercooler pipes blowing off just after i had the 3" mandrel bent exhaust fitted. I limped her home and fixed it but now a couple of days later she has developed a misfire. Sometimes it will fart and pop then all of a sudden it gets a huge surge of power like it has a rocket strapped to it. List of mods is as follows Black Top SR20DET Chrome Moly Flywheel GkTech Exhaust Manifold S15 GT28r Garrett Turbo Adjustable boost Commodore fuel pump 70psi 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust Front mount Intercooler The car still runs the stock ecu which we have a Mines ecu on the way to replace. It only started running like this when we put BP 95 in it but i'm just seeing if anyone here has any hints before i go chasing the issue. I am thinking i fouled the plugs when she fueled up!

You can put in too much hardener as well. Scrape out and start again. Better to be safe now than sorry later.

I think i have a spare kicking around somewhere as i changed mine to 1 inch. Might need to be assembled.

I was reading that the SR20DET run 43 psi and require anoter psi for every pound of boost. Might be a similar story.

The one i paid too much for was the one i bought off dat2kman, cost $250 to have one port repaired but in the long run it was well worth it.

The one's i spied on our canadian counterparts new parts car had just the right amount of dish. Would look best with a high polish fitted to a dark coloured Zed. I like em.
