    Having viewed this vehicle in person recently i feel that it is either a dedicated long term project or cut it up to save others. Please feel free to express interest in the latter.

    I doubt that, very little to do to this one. Maybe put a decent media player in it, address the very small amount of rust at the bottom of the rad support panel and that's it. Has triples, cam, head work and 20 Years of Receipts. Crazy thing.

    I did it by myself. Did a far better job than the installers did on my 2 seater. Slot it into the bottom dash are first after installing your nylon rope or speaker cable of a reasonable thickness works too. Apply the sealant to the body first then install the windscreen working slowly and never force it. After it's in apply sealant around where the windscreen meets the glass, do this from the outside. Installing the trim is a far harder job to do in my opinion.

    It's only about 10 Hours worth of restoration worse than the one i've been driving around for 15 Years. Looks like you are patching it for the moment but those spots will come back to haunt you. So save your dosh and get a full body resto when it does. Just my opinion.

    I did that once. The young fella was in Sydney too and paid me for petrol from Ballarat, ended up purchasing it. Must be someone down that way who will be able to help you. If not i can cruise down there. What area is it located?

    The bolts on the steering rack brackets have locking nuts on them. 12mm spanner, remove from engine bay side first before you jack it up.

    Triples most always work better than twin su's. Go injection and that will solve all your problems. Triples are hard to set up and tune so be prepared. All the info you need is right on this forum and i know becuase i had 40's an 45's + i have set up injection too. Question is what do YOU want. For a novice i would stick with the twins, after that go for 40mm whatever. I like Dellortos but parts are easier to get for webers. Half a dozen of one or six of the other!! The word is flow. If it doesn't work all the way through then you are wasting your time. Sort of. Scoota
