  6. Thanks guys, no track work for me! (lurch & Benji have seen me at go carting where I made sure there was someone in last place!) It's just my once a week toy. It is riding low enough it's just too soft although I realise it has Koni adjustable in the rear so I'm wondering if I can adjust those? Otherwise I need harder springs at about the same ride hight. Rev.
  7. Thanks bro, I'm like you if anyone had said 'Hey, why don't you paint it BMW Green' I couldn't have thought of anything worse! but the combo with the trim and wheels is starting to tie it all together. My last two cars have been green!!!!
  8. Just wondering if anyone has purchased after market stiffened springs in Vic? I'm getting a slight binding over bumps and just need a little less travel in the springs. Would love coilovers but not sure that the budget will allow it! Rev.

  14. Hey John, I think they were tight because the previous re-upholsering (which was great but I didn't like the fabric) put extra padding in the seat and back which still accommodated the new covers it just meant a lot of massaging of the material to get it to stretch.

  17. So played with my seats today - wow! some hours later I have one done! But the covers I bought whilst a tight fit are fantastic, very happy with them.

  19. Hey Pete, Yep, sold it on and then purchased a 73 split bumper RS Camaro...then sold that for a little extra and then brought a 73 454 corvette....now that one I wish I didn't sell! But happy to have the Zed that I've got and just personalizing it. hope you are doing well. Rev.
