    RIP Frank, not old enough to see him race, though but only through his running of the JPS BMW with Richards & Longhurst and Sierras. Long gone are the days of the great battles with George Fury, the Bluebirds, DR30 Skylines, M3's, Volvos (!) mixing it with the V8's. Miss those days but lets keep to thread topic farewell Frank

    The BWM's look alright, but a bit too much bling for me. I've never seen a 260z stock with H4s. Mine has had the Narva H4 conversion (done by the previous owner). Personally I don't like them. To me they just don't look right on an old car. They have a flat face. Does anyone know of H4 with the curve face like the stock sealed beams? I'm thinking of changing back. I know the old type aren't so bright, but I don't mind.

    today, 2.30pm on Livingstone Rd. At first I thought it was moderator Pete's (mrp69) but it didn't have his number plates Black, same big Rota's but the flares were white. Belong to anyone here?

    Going a bit off topic here but those 140/160 J, Z's also used L series (L14) motors with twin Su's. When I first heard of them I thought they would just have A14 OHV motors. Local Aussie 120Y's only have the A12. We never get the good stuff here when Datsuns are concerned
